Series Ceramic Micro-actuators
The series products adopt piezoelectricity ceramic
material which having high piezoelectricity strain constant(d33,d31)and be made by monolithic lamination technics. Its work principle is by against piezoelectricity
effect of the piezoelectricity ceramic, namely under the process of the
electric field, the actuators give birth to ausform.
In the elasticity limit, the relation about the ausform and in addition electric field is linearity relation.
The character of the asform will take place change (protraction
or shortening) with the change of the electric field. In the asform formula, commonly consider S = dE
because d is lager several order than M.
