1
Resistance to
impact
Drop the
filter randomly onto a concrete floor the height of 10cm 3 times.
No visible
damage and the measured values shall meet Table 1.
2
Resistance to
vibration
Subject the
filter to the vibration for 1 hour each in the X. Y. and Z. Axes with the
amplitude of 1.5mm,the frequency of 10-55Hz.
No visible
damage and the measured values shall meet Table 1.
3
Firmness of
lead
Applied to vertical weight 1Kg along with the
direction of lead without any shock for 5-10 sec.
No evidence
of harm should show.
4
Solderability
Dip the
filter terminals no closer than 1.5mm into the solder bath at 230±5℃
for 5±1 sec.
More than 95%
of the terminal surface of the filter shall be covered with fresh solder.
5
Resistance to
soldering heat
Dip the
filter terminals no closer than 1.5mm into the solder bath at 350±10℃
for 3 sec. Then release it into the room condition for 1 hour.
The measured
values shall meet Table 1.
6
Resistance to
moisture
Keep the
filter at RH90%~95% and
40±2℃ for 100 hours. Then release the filter into the room condition
for 1 hour.
The measured
values shall meet Table 1.
7
High temperature
storage
Subject the
filter to 85±2℃ for 100 hours. Then release the filter into the room
condition for 1 hour.
The measured
values shall meet Table 1.
8
Low
temperature storage
Subject the
filter to –55±2℃ for 100 hours. Then release the filter into the room
condition for 1 hour.
The measured
values shall meet Table 1.
9
Temperature
cycling
Subject the
filter to a low temperature of –55℃ for 30 min. Followed by a high
temperature of 85℃ for 30 min. Cycling shall be repeated 5 times with a
transfer time 15min.at the room temperature. Then release the filter into the
room condition for 1 hour.
The measured
values shall meet Table 1.
