Ceramic Macle Actuators structure
The product
is bonded of two piezoelectricity ceramic flakes which having the same polarization
orientation along thichness. Its structure is as the
chart. Fixupping one end of the actuator to make up
of arm structure, if we bring electric field to bear on the actuator, one
ceramic piece will shrink while the other will elongate. The transmutative orientation can be controlled through
shifting the link of the positive pole and negative pole. The free end of the
actuator will take place flexural displacement. In this structure, transversal
piezoelectricity constant d31 features in. All this kind actuator is called d31
twin lamina bend actuator. If the free end displacement is
△Z and
the angle displacement is α, at the same time △Z=0 then the impedance force Fb
can be denoted use the formulary as follows:

field E.
L,W,T are separately length、width and highness of the actuators.
